222 SOUTH MAIN

222 Main is a 22-story office tower located at 222 South Main Street in Salt Lake City’s business, financial and judicial district. The building has direct access to the city’s new and expanding light rail corridor, freeway system, and has been designed to the highest environmental standards.
222 Main is Utah’s first LEED Gold certified high-rise. 222 Main received it’s LEED Gold certification for reductions in energy use, lighting, water, and material use and incorporated a variety of other sustainable strategies. By using less energy and water, 222 Main and other LEED certified buildings save money for families, businesses and taxpayers; reduce greenhouse gas emissions; and contribute to a healthier environment for residents, workers and the larger community.
222 Main’s translucent glass “veil” extends 24’ above the rim of the rooftop. By day, the veil is an architectural focal point. By night, the veil is backlit with bright white lights becoming a distinctive beacon to downtown Salt Lake City.
