Pedestrian Friendly Pedestrian walkways within City Creek will follow and extend historic routes of Regent Street, Richards Street and Social Hall Avenue, thoroughfares from Salt Lake City's pioneer days. The walkways will allow mid-block access to residential, office and retail elements of the community. A new one-way road, opening on 100 South and flowing around the southeast corner of the ZCMI block (City Creek East) to State Street, will allow for pedestrian drop-off and pick-up away from traffic on those two busy streets. |
