QUESTAR CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS

Wasatch Commercial Management and Zions Bank are partnering in the $45 million construction at 333 South State Street, which will serve as new headquarters for Questar Corporation and provide retail and restaurant space.

It will accommodate some 450 Questar employees in a floor plan that is 20 percent smaller than Questar's current headquarters, but better organized and more energy efficient. The new building will be one of the first LEED Silver office buildings in downtown Salt Lake City.

Some 6,000 square feet of street level retail/restaurant space are planned, plus a public plaza and passageways to enhance the Salt Lake street scene. The six -floor 170,000 square foot building will replace the north half of the parking lot at 175 East 400 South. Light rail is easily accessible on 400 South across the street.
