Objectives

The Salt Lake Chamber and its affiliate the Downtown Alliance are sponsoring a businss-led, regional visioning effort to create a common blueprint for the future of Utah's capital city. The blue print will include common principles, concepts themes and visuals that portray what today's business leaders and downtown users want their downtown to be for future generations.

The goals and objectives in developing the Vision are:

  • To obtain an accurate perception of what business leaders and downtown users wants and needs are for the downtown area

  • To obtain input from representative geographic and demographic groups

  • Build consensus and long term support
