WALKER TOWER

Walker Tower is a 20-story historic building built in 1911 (then the tallest building between Chicago and San Francisco) located at Second South and Main Street, in the heart of Downtown Salt Lake City. Purchased in 2006 by Walker Center Associates, the 110,000 square foot building and 400-car garage are undergoing extensive renovation to upgrade the office tower to today's "Class A" standards. The renovations, costing over $10 million, will be completed by June 2007. Walker Center can accommodate both small and large office users and street access retailers. For leasing information contact Chris Kirk or Mike Richmond of Commerce CRG at 801-322-2000.
