PROJECT STATUS: Under Construction


Kimball Investment Company is leading the development in replacing a small surface parking lot off of 200 South across the street from the Convention Center. The development will have only 95 rooms, while the first floor will consist of most of the hotel’s amenities including a business center, meeting room, conference room and fitness center, the guest rooms will occupy the top five floors.  The rooms will be apartment style with full-size kitchens and in-room workstations for extended-stay visitors and people in Salt Lake for business. The hotel building will occupy the entirety of the site area with parking made available in the parking structure directly south of the Holiday Inn. The walk-way that connects Pierpont Avenue with 200 South will be reconstructed and maintained by the Kimball Company, as per the city's agreement.
