This proposed development is led by the Patrinely Group, a Texas based development group that has over 30 years of experience. 650 Main will be a two phase project, with the first phase consisting of a 10-story development with 320,000 sq. ft Class A Office space. Plans also detail over 1,800 parking spaces, in addition to open space and plazas on all sides of the building. Early iterations of 650 Main show other things like a small dog park, space for a public market and even a restaurants on the ground floor of the development. Salt Lake City is in dire need of Class A Office space and 650 Main will fill this need while being just on the periphery of downtown.
