This proposed residential project by local developer C.W. Land, will replace a 0.34 acre surface parking lot on the corner of 200 East and 200 South. Current plans call for six floors, including ground-floor retail space, amenity deck and improved street-scape. The building will include 70-units and will be a mix of 1-and 2-bedrooms. Current plans do not meet the D-1 zoning height requirement minimum of 100 ft. and developers are pursuing a Conditional Building and Site Design Review (CBSDR)  to allow the building at its current proposed height of 82 ft. As downtown continues to grow, the amount of infill projects and development of surface lots will continue to climb.
